Dr. Tanya Turner, DC
Dr Tanya always has a passion for helping people have a healthy long life and a heart of service. She was born and raised in Flushing, New York where she learned the importance of being a part of the community. She earned her Undergraduate degree in Dietetics and Theatre Dance from Queens College/CUNY in 1990. She moved to the Marietta area in 1993 to attend Life University where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1996 and completed the coursework for a Masters in Sports Health Science in 1997. During her time in Marietta she had the opportunity to dance in the opening Ceremony of the 1996 Olympic Games. She practiced in Atlanta for a year before she settled in Hall county in 1998.
She has completed a Master’s certification in Clinical Nutrition from Texas Chiropractic College, Whiplash certification from Spinal Research Institute of San Diego and Webster certification for prenatal care from the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.
She is a Consultant/Coach for Integrity Doctors- helping other Chiropractors in practice as well as a host doctor for Life University’s PEAK program helping future Chiropractors during an Internship to complete their Doctorate program.
She has been happily married to Dr Chris Turner for 25 years and has 2 teenagers at home that keep them both busy. In her free time you can find her volunteering at Prince of Peace Catholic church, working towards her Black belt in Tae know do and dancing every chance she gets!
Dr. David is a graduate of University of Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. Dr. David is also bilingual, speaking both English and Vietnamese and his favorite part of being a chiropractor is helping the community reach and obtain a healthier and happy life. Dr. David, his wife Sylvia and their puppy Snickers reside in Duluth GA. He loves spending time with his family as well as playing sports(golf, volleyball, basketball and soccer).
